AUS vs ENG, Women’s Ashes: Beth Mooney becomes first Australian woman to score century in all three formats

Beth Mooney became the first Australian woman and only the fourth overall to record a century in all three formats after scoring a ton during Day 3 of its one-off Test against England on Saturday. 

She joins an exclusive list comprising England’s Heather Knight, Tammy Beaumont and South Africa’s Laura Wolvaardt.

Mooney scored 106 in 173 balls to guide Australia to a first innings total of 440 runs in reply to England’s 170.

She achieved this feat in her eighth Test match of her career and also has three ODI and two T20I hundreds to her name. She has scored 2553 runs in 82 ODIs and 3215 in 109 T20Is so far.
